Transfer money to banks and financial institutions with the convenience of sending funds in select foreign currencies. Using your mobile device, you can set up wire instructions and send funds with a guaranteed, up-front exchange rate.^1,2,3

Transferring money internationally using local currency delivery.

Go to Transfer

Tap on the Dashboard.
Select “Transfer”
Select a "Send to" account

Create a new recipient or select an existing International Wire recipient account.
Enter the “SWIFT/BIC” code

If the receiving bank is in a country where we support local currency delivery, you’ll see both a local currency and USD delivery option. Otherwise, only USD will be displayed.

Select the delivery currency and enter the transfer amount either in foreign currency (if available) or USD.

For foreign currency delivery, we’ll provide a real-time foreign exchange rate.
Fill in information

Fill in the required information, such as Name, Bank details, etc. Check with the recipient or your receiving bank to ensure you have the accurate information.
Submit

You'll receive an initial email with important details about your wire transfer request. We’ll also notify you when it has been sent.

Go to Transfer

Tap on the Dashboard.
Select “Transfer”
Select a "Send to" account

Create a new recipient or select an existing International Wire recipient account.
Fill in information

Fill in the required information, such as Name, SWIFT /BIC code, account number/IBAN, etc. Check with the recipient or your receiving bank to ensure you have the accurate information.
Submit

You'll receive an initial email with important details about your wire transfer request. We’ll also notify you when it has been sent.

By using our service, you agree to and accept the foreign exchange rate (FX Rate) provided by us at the time you successfully submit the transfer request.
East West Bank does not charge for Mobile Banking. However, your mobile service provider may charge for sending and receiving text messages on your phone. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and data charges that may apply.
For service and account eligibility requirements, refer to the “Transfer Services” section of the Bank’s Online Banking Agreement. Bank processing fees may apply.
